- bio He studied at the Conservatory "G. Rossini" of Pesaro, his native town, getting a diploma in Piano (M.I.Biagi, S. Cafaro, L. De Sabbata) and in Electronic Music (W. Branchi), and alternating significant experiences in the jazz music, too. Afterwards he gratuated in 1980 in Electronic Engineering at the University of Ancona. For seven years he has been a researcher into digital techniques of sound production at the Iselqui, Ancona. He published several scientic-musical articles. As composer of Voicing (Edipan Pub) he obtained an honorable mention at the XI International Music Contest of Bourges while in 1989 with his composition Solaria, he won the 3rd Prize at the newcomp International Contest in the USA (New England) and the final selection at the XVII International Music Contest of Bourges. He is lecturing on Synthetic Production of Sound in Italy (school and universities) and in foreign countries. He took part at sound synthesis courses on Kyma-Capybara system at the Symbolic Sound Corporation (Illinois, USA); at the several project as a project sound engineer for important international and national companies in the planning of digital electronic musical instruments and devices.
Since 1981 he is holding the chair of Electronic Music at the Conservatory "G. Rossini" where he is also Director of the Electronic Laboratory for Experimental Music and Co-ordinator and responsible for the Multimedia Department.
