Ensemble

Quadrivium Percussione Ricerca is a percussionists ensemble (formed by Fulvio Fuina, Luca Ranalli, Alessandro Ricci e Alessandro Tomassetti) with a very various concert repertory. The group formed in the August 1996 for Alessandro Tomassetti's will. The components of this group carry out a soloist and chamber music activity, and they periodically collaborate with Symphonic Institutions. They have performanced some concerts in some important national and international events, among them: The Munchener Biennale Festival, Festival del Maggio Fiorentino, XXI Festival Internacional Cervantino (Messico), Festival Italy on Stage (USA e Canada), MUSICA SCIENZA, Ars Elektronica Festival di Linz, Aterforum Festival di Ferrara, Europa '96 ecc.
They also collaborate with: Ensemble Officina Musicale, Orchestra Accademia di Santa Cecilia, Orchestra Sinfonica RAI TV, Orchestra del Teatro La Fenice.
The ensemble's work consists to realise some project oriented, above all, to the language of those composers that through their works have contributed and contribute actively to the evolution of musical thought and instrumental practise
