Composers

Beatrice Lasio got a diploma of violin and worked for some years at the Orchestra of Cagliari Opera House. She then devoted herself to teaching at middle school. She studied Gregorian singing and graduated in Music didactic and Electronic Music. She teaches violin at a middle school in Rome and is a student of the two-year experimental course "Music and new technologies". As a composer of acousmatic music, since 2000 she participated to various music events like La Terra Fertile in L'Aquila, XIV edition of CIM at Rai in Florence, Zeppelin Festival in Barcelona, the Italian concert of CIME in Lisbon (festival Musica Viva), the concerts of Musica Verticale in Rome.
