Composer, visual artist, performer, writer.
He graduated magna cum laude in “Composition by electroacoustic instruments”. Furthermore, he graduated in “Choral Music and Chorus Direction” and in “Electronic Music” at Conservatorio Santa Cecilia in Rome. He got in touch with the most important stars of the international artistic world, in particular with Sylvano Bussotti, who has been his master and colleague. At the end of the Eighties he wrote music for several theatrical performances by Carlo Croccolo, performed in Italy and Europe. In 1991 he attended the specialization course in “Film Music” held by Ennio Morricone and Sergio Micelo at the Accademia Chigiana di Siena. Since 1994 he has been creating drawings, paintings, plastic works, sculptures, pictures and video art which symbolize the outcome of a new codification of the musical thought . Since 1999 it has been possible to find his name in the “Enciclopedia Italiana dei Compositori Contemporanei” (Contemporary Italian Composers Encyclopedia) edited by Pagano, Naples. His production ranges from scenery works to compositions for full-sized orchestras, chamber music songs, instrumental monographs, electronic music songs, till the production of pictograph scores intended to the performative/surprising scene of action. His works were performed as world première in national and international festivals and broadcasted on television and radio stations, among which Radio Rai Uno, Radio Tre Suite, Rai Tre Campania, Rai Tre Toscana, Rai Tre Sicilia, Rai International. He published for Teatro dell’Opera di Roma and for publishing houses such as Spirali, Transeuropa, Bèrben, PulcinoElefante, Santabarbara, Pagano, Spring, Lavieri, Bietti. Furthermore, some works of his were published together with unreleased writings by Sylvano Bussotti, Ennio Cavalli, Alberto Casiraghy and Alda Merini.
