She won many national and international contests, such as the famous Belvedere in Vienna where in 1993 she got the absolute first prize and various acknowledgments. She began as a young girl her activity as soloist.
After the debut at the Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto and at the Teatro Comunale in Bologna with Riccardo Chailly in the trittico by Puccini, in 1993 she records for DECCA the Capriccio by R. Strauss (Italian singer) with the Wiener Philarmoniker. In 1994 she makes her debut at the Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome performing the Requiem by Dvorak, at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro as main character in various works such as L'inganno felice and at the Reatro Regio in Turin and in the Orfeo and Euridice by Gluck. Between 1995 and 2000 she's been guest of the most important Italian and international theatres and she's played as main character in many works such as Carmen by Bizet (Micaela) in Bologna; Il Campanello by Donizetti (Serafina) and Gianni Schicchi by Puccini (Lauretta) in Turin; Le nozze di Figaro by Mozart (Contessa) in Lausanne; Faust by Gounod (Marguerite); Don Giovanni by Mozart (Donna Anna) directed by Claudio Abbado in Ferrara; Don Pasquale (Norina) by Donizetti in Verona and Turin; La bohème by Puccini at the San Carlo in Naples. In 1996 she obtains a personal affirmation as Musetta in La Bohème by Puccini at the Teatro Regio in Turin, directed by Daniel Oren, on the occasion of the celebration of the centenary of the work, with Luciano Pavarotti and Mirella Freni. In 2001 her debut in the Teatro Comunale in Florence with La bohème by Puccini and later at the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino with Dido and Aeneas by Purcell were relevant events.
She has also made many internatioal tournées in Germany, in the cities of Stuttgart, Münich, at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt; in Japan, in the cities of Osaka and Tokyo; in many cities of Argentina such as Cordoba and Buenos Aires at the famous theatre Teatro Colòn. Her rich liederistic and chamber repertoire is particularly interesting because it includes music from baroc period to contemporary authors. She also executed the Vier letzte Lieder by R. Strauss and many liederistic concerts in Italy and in foreign countries; the Stabat Mater by Rossini in Oslo; Ulisse by Dallapiccola with Luciano Berio and the Rai Orchestra in Turin; the Cantata by Bach with the orchestra of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino directed by Rinaldo Alessandrini. She also executed the Carmina Burana by Orff with Daniele Gatti and the Royal Philarmonic Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall in London. She's been many times guest of the famous Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, where she performed the Requiem by Mozart, La cetra appesa by A.Corghi directed by Daniele Gatti, the Magnificat by Bach and the Te Deum by Charpentier directed by Myun Wun Chung.
