The ensemble was constituted in 2002 by a group of musicians having a vocation for contemporary music. His members performed in the most important international venues and festivals (Philharmonie in Berlin, Teatro alla Scala, IRCAM...) as soloists and also in chamber orchestra. The repertoire of the ensemble includes outstanding works of the XXth century and premières; music for solo instruments and chamber ensemble (also making use of electronics).
The conductor is Marco Angius. The ensemble performs for the first time a monographic concert dedicated to Ivan Fedele during the Romaeuropa Festival 2002 (Musica XXI-Nuova Consonanza) and has already been invited by many musical European festivals like Warsaw Autumn 2003, New Auditorium in Rome (Parco della Musica, October 2003) Festival of Contemporary Music of Bellinzona (Switzerland, September 2003), Civica Scuola di Musica of Milano (May 2003)
